Power Integrations today announced financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2019.

Net revenues for the first quarter were $89.2 million, down four percent from the prior quarter

and down 13 percent from the first quarter of 2018. Net income was $7.2 million or $0.25 per

diluted share compared to $0.77 per share in the prior quarter and $0.46 in the first quarter

of 2018. (The prior quarter’s results included a tax benefit from the revision of prior estimates

of the transition tax from the 2017 U.S. tax legislation.) Cash flow from operations was $1.1

million for the first quarter.
